Reply Genius accesses your Shopify store data and connected mailboxes solely to provide the customer-service automation you sign up for. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Data we store
- Shopify session tokens (encrypted in our database)
- IMAP/SMTP credentials for mailboxes you connect (encrypted)
- Email conversations and messages your store receives, for analysis and reply drafting
- Order, customer, and product metadata fetched from your Shopify store
Uninstalling the app
When you uninstall Reply Genius from your Shopify store, we receive a webhook and delete your shop record, all connected mailbox credentials, and all stored conversations within 24 hours.
